Description : Edmund Tisko coordinates the Chemistry Field Day for UNO, which is a competition amongst high school student teams. There are six events based on chemical knowledge, with schools competing against one another.

Description : Edmund Tisko coordinates the Chemistry Olympiad, which identifies the top two students from Omaha area high schools based on their testing scores. The students are then invited to participate in a standardized three-part chemistry test in competition with students from all over the country.

Description : For this project Joshua Darr assists in carrying out the NebraskaSCIENCE Omaha Noyce Partnership, a track 1 Robert Noyce Scholarship Program. The scholarship offers up to $17,500 for talented undergraduate students to major in a science field with a commitment to teach in a high-need school district.
