Description : Students travel to London, UK to examine the stylistic qualities of artworks created in different time periods as well as the political and religious factors that shaped them. Along with visiting destination objects in world-class museums, such as the British Museum, London National Gallery and Tate Modern, students will also encounter quirky, eccentric collections, including the Sir John Soane Museum. Through visits to important monuments such as Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Cheswick House, and Strawberry Hill, students will become knowledgeable about different architectural styles and how they reflect their time period.

Description : Students will learn about the history and appreciation of British theatre with an emphasis on historical, political and social cultural context. The active engagement of study abroad facilitates discussions surrounding not only theatre but also cultural exchange, globalism, and the history of empire.
