Description : In this monthly program UNO highlights a local student aged 8-14 for their classical music prowess. Students either compose, play, or sing music which is aired on KVNO radio along with an interview. The chosen students are also awarded a $300 scholarship as well as a Fall showcase with their peers.

Description : In this project Maverick PR produced a series of videos for UNO MOEC (Metropolitan Omaha Education Consortium) and Raise me to Read. The videos were produced in English and Spanish and encouraged child literacy.

Description : MaverickPR assists in the planning, promotion, and execution of the 'Genius of Warren Buffett' course. This course takes place at Mammel Hall in the week leading up to the Berkshire Hathaway shareholders meeting and is attended by shareholders from all around the world.

Description : Edmund Tisko coordinates the Chemistry Olympiad, which identifies the top two students from Omaha area high schools based on their testing scores. The students are then invited to participate in a standardized three-part chemistry test in competition with students from all over the country.

Description : This five-part podcast series reflects how war impacts all of us by listening to the different perspectives of those that have lived it, understanding how the media shapes our views of war, understanding our own feelings, and learning life skills for managing stress, fear, and anxiety.
