Description :
UNO’s Support and Training for the Evaluation of Programs (STEPs) will partner with GOALS to analyze the end-of-theyear survey data from the public school partners, analyze yearly quantitative data, and provide consultation on two evaluation projects. STEPs uses a participatory, utilization-focused approach to all its work. “Participatory” means that program staff are engaged in all evaluation activities, including their planning and implementation. “Utilization-focused” means that evaluation activities are conducted with an eye toward usefulness for the program.
