But what are the benefits, and how do we know when we achieve them? In this presentation, Betty Farmer, professor of communication and public relations at Western Carolina University (WCU), will identify specific benefits for community partners, universities, faculty, and students and provide examples of ways to measure and promote desired outcomes.
