In these ethics audits, teams will research the ethics of the organization, provide a risk assessment for key ethics areas, and make recommendations where applicable. Teams will be expected to conduct research in the organization; reviewing existing documents as well as interviewing and surveying staff. The data analysis and composition services would be led by Dr. Jeanette Harder, founder and director of STEPs, along with Dr. Keyonna King, Program Evaluator with STEPs. Their work will be supported by Jennifer Sedivy, Graduate Research Assistant with STEPs. The team has extensive experience conducting research and evaluation on programs serving children, youth, and families in poverty. As highlighted below, the team presents with the necessary education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully meet all of the contractual requirements. | ||
