UNO students are conducting individual assessments and interviews to prepare an individualized discharge plan for each client.

Each student will be assigned to an inmate at the facility. Together each paring will take the Strengthsfinder test. The UNO students will work with their assigned inmate to discuss and process the results of the Strenghtsfinder test, and set goals aligned with their strenghts for their future in and beyond the walls of NCYF.
