An estimated 99% of the German economy is based on SMEs and is also home to some of the world’s most innovative companies such as Bayer, SAP, Bosch, and Volkswagen. This experiential study abroad program was designed to allow students to look under the hood of the drivers of the modern German economy: startups and data-intensive service firms. Starting in Berlin, this two-week trip engaged students in expert discussions and lectures and site visits across Germany, including visits to Stuttgart and Karlsruhe. |
