CWB includes actions such as theft, fraud, non-compliant purchasing, intentionally working at a slower place, intentional deception by employees in order to gain resources, and similar problems of concern to the profession (Karjalainen, Kemppainen, and Raaij 2009). In this research, Roopa Venkatesh and others proposed a study directed at understanding the individual-level characteristics that contribute to CWB in managerial accountants, specifically, the creation of budgetary slack. | ||
