The main objective of these sessions is to facilitate language exchange, allowing students to practice their Spanish skills while immersing themselves in an authentic linguistic environment. In coordination with the Douglas County Health Department (DCHD), spices were collected from staff and students at Westview HS. The samples will then be tested during lab time to determine the presence of lead. The results of the lead testing will be shared back with the high school and the students.
