In doing this work, students are able to learn about the needs of diverse populations throughout the Omaha area. They are preparing food packages for distribution, doing neighborhood clean-up and revitalization and working with children with disabilities in their various settings. P-16 SOWK 1500.002
3 Days of Service: 2022-23 (3068) Social Justice Abide Omaha Volunteer and Civic Engagement Programs Volunteering Volunteerism None Fall 2022-23 Fall 2022-23 0 0 0 0 0 0 3 Days of Service provides an extended opportunity for the UNO campus to give back to the community. From October 1st thru the 16th, there will be food donation boxes located around campus. On October 17th, there is the opportunity to participate in the North Omaha Legacy Tour to see and learn about your community. Finally, on October 18th, 60 Minutes of Service will be packing the collected food drive items
