In this years evaluation, STEPs will continue to collect data from families receiving scholarships and from partner schools. STEPs will also work with CSF to develop a strategic plan for evaluation, and a theory of change document. Activities will culminate in oral and written reports as well as a professional manuscript or conference presentation. The mission of CSF is to provide partial-tuition scholarships so children from low-income families can access the private or parochial K-8 education of their choice.
