According to Head Start regulations, an assessment of the program service area is required every three years. The goal of this assessment is to document community needs and resources as they pertain to EHS/HS-eligible children and families within the service area. Data generated from this assessment are intended to guide program planning and delivery. This project will produce that community assessment by: 1.
