Global Voices (Fall 2017): 2017-18 International Service Brownell Talbot International Studies, Service Learning Academy (SLA) Service Learning Course None Fall 2017-18 None None 12 24 0 29 58 0 Inter/Trans-culture, Refugees Between December 2017 and February 2018, international students from Instructor Stephanie Lynam’s Intensive English Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (ILUNO) will meet with the third grade students at Brownell Talbot School. Students will engage in various activities: making world holiday cards for Omaha’s refugees and sharing folktales from around the world. Cards are going to Refugee Empowerment Center and LFS. Students will also have campus tours on both UNO and Brownell.
