Description : For this project Jodeane Brownlee created and directed a series of promotional videos featuring School of Communication students busy in their craft. The videos were shared via Omaha news stations, UNO social media, the knowledge network, and Nebraska television.

Description : For this project Jodeane Brownlee created, wrote, and produced a 30 second promotion to air on MavRadio.FM. The piece was also entered into the national Broadcast Education Association's Festival of Media Arts competition.

Description : The Women in Media panel was an opportunity to highlight the relevance women play in the ever-expanding media landscape. The objective of inviting professional, local women was to initiate discussion regarding the setbacks they faced as women in a historically male-dominated industry. Also, the women on the panel addressed societal expectations thrust upon women in the workforce. The panel discussion served as a catalyst for questions from pre-professional men and women. One common theme throughout the 90 minute panel was gender pay inequality.
