Description :
The purpose of this evaluation is to provide a process and outcome evaluation of Heartland Family Service's Healthy Alternatives to Little Ones (HALO) program, and to move HALO toward meeting current evidence-based standards. HALO is an early childhood substance abuse prevention program. We will conduct a literature review, prepare a logic model, conduct a survey of current providers, and conduct a quasi-experimental prospective study.
